Monarch Gardens, a small, family-owned garden maintenance company is seeking enthusiastic, hard working artisan for the 2019 gardening season.
You will work with a small team of creative individuals to maintain high-end landscapes, perennial beds, and hardscapes. Duties include weeding, pruning, deadheading, planting, editing, mulching, fertilizing, irrigation repair and pest and disease mitigation.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year professional routine landscape maintenance experience and possess excellent problem solving, time management, and communication skills. A valid Driver's License and ability to drive personal vehicle to/from jobs sites is REQUIRED. Experience with organic applications highly desirable.
Position begins March 1 with a three day (T, W, Th) work week that will convert to a full time (M-F) opportunity beginning April 1.
