We have been in Business in Boulder for over 40 years doing high-quality work, We recently started to work more in Denver but still, most of our work is in Boulder County. We are looking for someone to help with the estimates and manage some jobs.
Job Requirements:
⢠Strong computer skills ( Microsoft products; Excel, Word)
⢠Strong math and problem-solving skills
⢠Excellent written and verbal communications skills
⢠Positive attitude, self motivated, punctual, and strong work ethic Clean and professional appearance.
Ability to calculate sales
⢠Time management skills
⢠Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers Prior sales experience is helpful but not essential as training and coaching will be provided
Job Description:
⢠Estimate and provide quantities for bid and contracting purposes.
⢠Review & Download all bid documents including drawings, addendums, bid forms, etc.
⢠Attend pre-bid meetings if necessary.
⢠Review plans and specifications to identify product location and application requirements.
⢠Request and organize all materials necessary for project submittals.
⢠Assists management with any necessary cost analysis, variance, or margin analysis.
