We are looking to hire good carpenters. That specialize in framing carpentry. We have a small crew and will be searching for qualified framing carpenters.
Our company frames entire houses. Along with setting the exterior windows and doors. Exterior trim packages, and siding details. Soffit, rake, and fascia trim carpentry.
What do we ask for? We ask for a hard working individual, an open minded individual, team player, and one that wants to excel and progress. What do we mean by excel and progress. Weather you are a journeyman or advanced lead. We expect one to progress, and continue to learn and adapt to new techniques. Our crew does the most advanced projects in town. So the ability to adapt and frame with steel, engineered lumber, and blend "old school" framing with modern engineering is a necessary ability. The exterior trim carpentry we do, requires attention to detail, with the same push and drive we have during framing of the house.
Please send a resume, and or detailed email. Explaining your skill set, and what you want to achieve by working with a "salty dog" framing crew. If you have no experience, "be honest", as long as you have a work ethic, and can take the body pain that comes along with framing. We will teach you to frame a house in 3 years.
As added incentive to take this job seriously, and make it on a framing crew. We are offering, along with our hourly wage; a 90 day completion bonus of $1,500.00, and pay review.
For a new crew member that stays on, and makes it past the traditional 90 day work and review period. At the end of 90 days we will review your progress, and future goals, along with a pay review and bonus; as mentioned.
