Description Robert Half has partnered with an amazing family friendly and fun organization in Centennial in search of an Accounting Manager! The Accounting Manager position will be the sole accountant for the company and is offering an amazing work/life balance of a 4 day work week, great benefits, and is paying $70,000-$90,000!The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following:
Create financial statements and reports.
Compiles financial information, processes journal entries into various accounts and reconciles reports and financial data.
Review invoices, receipt of deposits and procedures of recording funds.
Classifies and reviews accounting documents to appropriate accounts to ensure accurate financial record keeping including accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Creates and maintains general ledger accounts.
Develops and prepares statistical statements during budget development and assists in the preparation of annual budget.
Reconciles payables and receivables as well as balance sheet accounts.
Requirements for the Accounting Manager include:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
Experience being the sole accountant or working on a small accounting team
Great Plains software experience is nice to have, but not required
