Coordinator will focus on international linear channels supporting Program Operations Managers on behalf of the International Media Operations team. Coordinator will research content availability and readiness for servicing as well as track status of content ingests and provide updates to stakeholders. Upkeep trackers for internal and external teams with current statuses. Develop strong partnerships with internal Tech Ops teams, communicate and collaborate to prepare for volume increases, special requests and quick turns. Closely partner with Promo and VOD colleagues, ensuring content is prepped on time for on-air campaigns and VOD deliverables. Partner with localization team to ensure all channel language requirements are captured, digital proxies delivered and returned languages pass QC. Place orders in various order management systems.  Provide any additional support as needed. Participate in weekly calls as required. Complete all other duties as assigned. While assigned to a specific brand(s), brand assignment could change based on business needs. May be asked to assist on other assignments across the team pending bandwidth. There may be occasions around specific events where the operator may be asked to cover a different shift/date. Notification to be provided with as much advanced notice as possible. Track digital media fulfillment in Media Asset Management system, ensuring content is prepped in every queue by SLA. Prioritize media prep during times of influx.REQUIREMENTS:1+ year of experience in a production, post-production or broadcast environment.
