Step into the world of international & domestic broadcast! Specialist will work with a majority of the same content. Helping to prep in English for the Unites States while also making it available globally. Specialist will work in multiple systems to create and manage orders, managing fulfillment for multiple international and domestic linear channels. You will work with clients to coordinate delivery of content as needed, monitor that delivery inbound and then ensure successful delivery of content to specified play-out partners. You will partner with O&T’s localization team to ensure that all language components are created or readied ahead of airdates. You will also be responsible for timely troubleshooting and escalations in order to quickly rectify any potential issues for channels you are assigned to and responsible for. You will track digital media fulfillment in our Media Asset Management system, ensuring content is prepped in every queue by SLA. You will partner with other team-members to prioritize media prep during times of influx. You will become a master of your channel requirements for both International and domestic - understanding which languages are needed, when content is due in, and you will get the opportunity to cross train with others on your team who support channels in the same or different regions. For some period of time, you will also need to support purchase order creation for materials that are accessed for your channels. Pending bandwidth, you will get the opportunity to stretch into other assignments within our Media Operations team. As business requirements may change in the future, so may the channels you support which are subject to your team leader’s assignments. Work closely with the post-production department  to ensure clear direction is given to editors for any content prep that will need to be edited for air. Lead onboarding calls for domestic linear broadcast with partners to ensure delivery of assets are to network and broadcast standards. Work with partners to ensure formats and any format adjustments with the Traffic, On-Air Scheduling and the Network Programming Groups are correct.Shifts will start on the early side as a majority of our partners are international- we look forward to speaking to you about this exciting opportunity!
