Facilitates resolution of billing errors and partners with Revenue Management team to ensure timely follow up of claims. Accountable for document management of digital storage, indexing, and mail distribution.What You Bring/Job RequirementsIn addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
2 years computer experience, strong customer service skills
Prior office experience in a healthcare environment, medical terminology, and the ability to multitask and prioritize, preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred
Understanding of debit/credit card experience
10 key required
Experience with EPIC preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
