Job Title: Network Engineer, Voice and Data

Job Description: Company located in Colorado Springs, CO has an immediate need for a Network Engineer, Voice and Data for a contract to hire position. This position will report to the new Network Manager. The candidate will configure, test, and maintain LAN/WAN equipment and related services. Manage and/or perform network maintenance, upgrades, and configurations and identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems. Other responsibilities include assisting with the design and selection of future platforms, addressing cross-technology and cross-platform issues, manage customer expectations, and ensures prompt and complete customer service, and provide guidance and training to departmental staff.
