Senior VoIP TechnicianDescriptionQualificationsRequired Experience:Minimum High School/GED

Minimum 3-years hands-on experience required in a position of similar function and responsibility in a Cisco environment Working technical knowledge of VoIP telephony systems, software, and hardware

Tool experience on Add/Delete/Modify Phones, Masking and CC line updates via Bulk Admin and configuring/troubleshooting SRST (Survivable Remote Site Telephony)

Technical knowledge of SIP, H.323, and TCP/IP Protocols

Working technical knowledge of Cisco IOS’s

Experience with DOD network and system standards to include STIGs

Experience performing Cisco UC administration, implementation, and troubleshooting of CUCM

Broad range of technical knowledge, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and expertise in all aspects of customer service

Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills are required, as well as a demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies

Work will be performed with minimal direction, so must be proactive, efficient, highly focused, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Active Secret Clearance

Current IAT Level II certification (e.g. CompTIA Security CE, CCNA Security). IAT Level III also qualifies (e.g. CISSP, CASP, CCNP Security)
