Well established restaurant needs an administrative assistant, with bookkeeping experience. Must have a great, upbeat attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork with a professional appearance who is personable, motivated. Must have a working knowledge with Aloha Back Office, Quickbooks, good people skills, basic computer knowledge and competent skills working with Microsoft Word and Excel. As a small family business, all employees job descriptions require that they must be crossed trained in several areas of the business operations. MUST be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business and on some occasions able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
