We are looking for Customer Service and Benefits Representative candidates to help us manage and explain our existing accounts with our high risk clientele with memberships to our contracted work associations and labor unions. Our company has already negotiated the individual contracts for large groups to provide specific programs/benefits to their respective members, (Police, Firefighters, Electrical workers, Teachers, Government Workers, etc.). This job will require face to face interaction with clientele, ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality of products and programs.

We have existing clients who need help. NO door to door, B2B, or book of business will be accepted from applicants.

Expectations and requirements:

Superior communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to multitask

Work with and without direct supervision

Ability to negotiate various programs for clientele

Be able to pass background/DMV check

1 year of customer service/sales experience

For managers - at least 1 year of leadership experience preferred

Candidates will be expected to:

Be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Obtain and maintain direct client relations and individual accounts.

Perform routine annual maintenance on existing contracts.

Process applications and claims for clients.

Provide superior customer service and support.
