We need Customer Service Representatives here in Colorado Springs. We already expanded our team to meet the demand earlier this year, but we need more help to work with our blue collar demographic.

Management opportunity:

Responsibilities:
-Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
-Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
-Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
-Promotions will be available for those who exceed in these areas!
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Detail oriented
Proactive in problem solving
Valid DL and ability to pass a background check
