Drexel, Barrell & Co., a premier civil engineering and land surveying consultant, serving Colorado since 1949, seeks qualified applicants in our Colorado Springs Office for a Civil Design Engineer:
Position Description:
Work under the supervision of a project manager in a team-oriented, project focused, consulting civil engineering environment to produce high-quality engineering services. Prepare public and private sector street, water, sewer, and storm plan and profiles, grading and drainage plans, detention ponds, drainage studies, erosion control plans, quantity takeoffs, construction cost estimates, and technical specifications.
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must have a BS in Civil Engineering, and possess a valid Engineering Intern (E.I. / E.I.T.) or P.E. Position requires at least 2-years relevant experience in a civil engineering-consulting environment. AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is essential, and applicants should have produced drawings using Civil 3D for at least one year. Position requires a valid driver's license and good driving record.
