The Maintenance Technician is integral to the overall physical condition of the community and providing world-class service to our valued residents.
Our Maintenance Technicians diagnose maintenance issues, make necessary repairs and ensure all resident service requests and other community maintenance is completed in a timely manner. We deliver the highest level of resident satisfaction through responsive, consistent, positive and professional interactions.
Qualified candidates will have:
o A High School graduate level of competence in English and Math.
o Ensuring the successful execution of all company safety and environmental policies and procedures.
o Experience with HVAC troubleshooting and repair required along with EPA CFC 608 Type I and Type II required
o Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, drywall and carpentry is preferred
o A HVAC license preferred
o Possession of a valid, state-issued driverâs license and safe driving record is also required.
