The Exchange is beginning our hiring process. As a locally owned and operated coffee shop-bistro, we take pride in providing our customers with the most delicious baked goods, creating a team of hardworking and dedicated employees, and attaching a smile to every customer interaction. We are looking for candidates with the following credentials.
â¢1-2 years of baking/pastry experience
(Culinary school is a plus)
â¢Ability to read and understand all types of recipes
â¢Preparing baked goods
â¢Loading and unloading large baking ovens
â¢Operating other bakery equipment
â¢Fast learner with good attitude
â¢Works quickly and pays attention to detail
â¢Able to lift 50 pounds
â¢Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
