Concessions Manager Duties:
- Hire and Recruit qualified employees
- Train and Develop Staff
- Adhere and be compliant with company policy, state, and federal laws
- Must have T.I.P.s and or C.A.R.E training
- Have P.O.S or Cash Handling experience
- Proficient with Vendor Ordering and Inventory Management
- Attend, contribute, and participate in weekly management meetings
- Utilize resources to hold staff accountable - CCTV, Documentation, and set goals
- Meet and exceed required budgets
- Maximize Productivity while reducing expenses
- Ability to submit weekly and quarter reports
- Exceptional Microsoft Office Suite skills, MSCE advantageous
- Provide superior customer service
- High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Preferred
