Crew Member
The essential functions for this position include but are not limited to;
1. Must have strong communication skills both conversationally and interpersonal conversations skills
2. The Ability to follow instructions and work well with other team members
3. Some lifting of moderate loads with ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
4. Crew member must be able to operate store equipment, such as grills, potato cutters, fryers, computer terminals, etc. . .
5. Crew members must have the ability to report to work at prescribed times for each scheduled shift and to fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift or until relieved of all duties by a direct supervisor.
6. Crew members must have the ability to follow directions from a supervisor
7. Crew members must have the ability to interact productively with co-workers
8. Crew Members must also have the ability to interact positively with customers
9. Crew Members must have the ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures
10. Crew Members must have the ability to receive criticism in a professional manner
11. Crew Members must have a willingness and ability to perform all work related task as assigned by their supervisor
12. Crew Members are also responsible for the cleanliness, sanitation and proper daily maintenance of restaurant and equipment
