Relevant Skills and History:

- At least one year of prior restaurant management or leadership role with successful history of Guest Service, Team Building and Development of People.

- Aptitude towards learning, coaching and teamwork; ability to motivate, train and hold responsible a diverse staff in a fast paced environment.

- Experience in financials to include setting and maintaining inventory, schedules, use of

spreadsheets, labor management and knowledge of P&Ls is desired.

-Strong attention to detail and quality standards while managing time and priorities efficiently.Physical Requirements:

- Available a variety of hours to include evenings, nights and weekends and within the metro area

applying.

- Must be able to work up to a 10 hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions.

-Will be required to lift up to forty pounds during the course of a workday.

- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure the safety of

individuals and guest needs.

- Will require bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladder.

Duties

Accomplishes casual, quick service restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting,selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

Achieves casual, quick service restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to operations reports; completing action plans; implementing production,productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems;identifying needed system improvements; implementing production and food preparation changes.

Meets casual, quick service restaurant financial objectives by estimating requirements;contributing information for annual budget preparation; implementing and controlling expenditure schedules; analyzing variances; initiating approved corrective actions; helping promote the restaurant; increasing sales; improving profits.

Opens the casual, quick service restaurant by turning-on equipment; checking service areas,dining area, kitchen, and grounds for cleanliness and appeal.

Maintains flow of satisfied casual, quick service diners by maintaining kitchen production;monitoring order-taking and filling; performing all fast food jobs, as needed; responding to customer complaints and special requests.

Provides casual, quick service meals and drinks by following menus and "specials" of fast food chain; anticipating consumption; using approved suppliers; placing and receiving food and supply orders; minimizing waste; directing and controlling food preparation and cooking procedures; ensuring that quality standards of fast food chain are met.

Keeps casual, quick service restaurant equipment operating by following operating instructions; teaching employees proper use and maintenance of equipment; trouble shooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs;

Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing casual quick service chain standards and procedures; complying with sanitation and legal regulations;maintaining pest control, trash removal, landscaping services; snow removal, traffic control, and security services.

Closes the casual, quick service restaurant by balancing out the cash drawer; making bank deposits; reconciling charge slips; turning-off equipment; activating security system.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending casual quick service chain educational workshops; reviewing quick service management publications/texts/programs.

Accomplishes casual quick service chain goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Embraces a strong passion for the continuous learning model.
