Want to make a difference in an elderly person's life? Are you compassionate and caring? If yes to these questions, then Home Helpers would like to talk to you. We need caregivers and homemakers to assist our clients. Part time shifts available. Caregivers needed immediately for early morning shifts, late afternoon/early evening shifts, and a 9:00am to 5:00pm Friday shift (Parkinson's experience a plus for this shift). Other shifts also available. These shifts are in the Colorado Springs area.
If you are that compassionate and caring person and you meet the following qualifications, we want to talk to you:
Have experience caring for others (preferred)
Must be able to successfully pass a thorough background check and drug tests
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automobile insurance coverage
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must be high school graduate or higher
Must be dependable/reliable, compassionate, honest and caring
Must be professional in appearance and demeanor
Flexible part time schedules to meet your personal needs. Training provided. No certifications required, but desirable. Duties may include bathing, dressing, grooming, assistance with walking, incontinence care, companionship, errand running, light housekeeping, preparing meals, laundry, medication reminders, transportation to doctor's office, and more. A very rewarding job helping people who need it the most.
