Busy, privately-owned dental practice is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented and enthusiastic Patient Care Coordinator to join our wonderful team! This is a full-time position.
Preferred Qualification:
1+ years of dental front office experience
Familiar with Dentrix software
Knowledge of PPO dental insurance plans
Happy, friendly attitude, anxious to provide our patients with the very best dental experience!
Duties Include:
Scheduling appointments and maintaining a full schedule
Insurance verification
Claims submission and follow up
Check in/out of patients
Some treatment presentation
Correspondence to patients
Phones and patient questions/concerns
