Fountain Creek Veterinary Clinic is looking for an addition to our team. Immediate need for a receptionist for our 2 doctor (growing to 3 1/2 soon) VERY FAST PACE veterinary hospital. Apprx. 36-40 + hrs weekly with ability to work M-F 7:30-7:30(?) and Sat 8 a.m. - 2. Experience in VETERINARY MEDICINE is preferred and experience in multiple phone lines is a must. Must be able to assist with client education in person and over the phone. Must be able to multi-task, handle high volume and high stress, invoice and take payments. Some sales involved. This position requires a professional appearance, the use of proper grammar, spelling, filing, scheduling appointments, and charting in medical records. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to follow direction from doctors and other staff members while being willing to assist where needed. If no experience in veterinary medicine, must be willing to study and learn the profession quickly. Hiring immediately.
