Clearview Animal Hospital, an independently owned single-doctor small animal practice, is searching for a Veterinary Technician with well-developed technical and communication skills. We strive to provide attentive and personalized medical and wellness services to the pets in our care.
Veterinary technicians must have a broad knowledge of animal science, medicine, and husbandry. Current CVT qualification is preferred.
Veterinary technicians should be able to successfully restrain animals, complete clinical laboratory tests, use multiple radiology techniques, monitor animals under anesthesia and in recovery, assist in surgery, and perform dental procedures. Technicians must also deliver compassionate nursing care and effectively communicate with clients.
We are looking for someone to work a schedule including weekdays and Saturdays; availability for rotating Saturday morning shifts is required. Salary is based on qualifications and experience.
