New Dawn Memory Care is now actively recruiting a Wellness Director LPN Resident Care Manager for its Colorado Springs location.
The Wellness Director is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the community including hiring, supervising clinical staff, and directing clinical staff in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as community policies and procedures, that govern assisted living and memory care to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.
The Wellness Director LPN RCM assures that services in support of all residents are delivered according to policies and procedures. The ideal candidate must have be a high school graduate or equivalent and have a current state nursing license in good standing. Preference given for training and experience in workplace management of other employees and must have the ability to organize and maintain residents records and multi-task.
