WEISBURG an established commercial landscape maintenance leader in the Pikes Peak Region is seeking talented & career-oriented individual to join our year-round staff.

We have a position available to for immediate hire as an Irrigation Technician. Our Irrigation Technicians have the rewarding opportunity to manage, coordinate and monitor the irrigation systems of our commercial clients. They are responsible for biweekly system checks and for troubleshooting, planning and executing complex repairs on irrigation systems quickly & effectively. They are also responsible for ensuring that the client's expectations for site maintenance and service are being met or exceeded. This is a year-round position with overtime available in summer months.

Our commercial landscape maintenance irrigation technicians possess the ability to work independently, prioritize, manage a helper, control quality of sites, communicate with clients, perform administrative duties and perform preventive maintenance and repairs on all types of clocks and systems. A Bachelors/Associates degree is a plus. Professional appearance, strong English verbal & written communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization are desired.

Requirements:

Must enjoy working outdoors in a hands-on manner, be flexible and enjoy a variety of different tasks in all types of weather.

Must pass criminal background check and have valid Colorado Driver's License with no major violations or accidents in the past 5 years.

Must be able to operate vehicles, trailers, and equipment in a safe and professional manner.

Must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial landscape irrigation and intermediate knowledge of landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, landscape construction. Extensive electrical & irrigation system diagnostic skills are preferred.

Must be able to perform a variety of landscape general labor tasks throughout each work day in an efficient & effective manner and lifting & carry up to 50 lbs.

Must have basic math and basic computation skills to calculate sprinkler run times, start times, and precipitation rates.

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with clients and all levels of the organization.

Must be available for on-call duties and for emergency irrigation repairs after normal business hours and on weekends.
