Fountain Creek Veterinary Clinic is looking for an addition to our team. Immediate need for a Kennel Assistant for our 3 1/2 doctor practice. VERY FAST PACE veterinary hospital. Apprx. 36-40 + hrs weekly with ability to work M-F 7:30-7:30(?) and Sat 8 a.m. - 2. . Must be able to multi-task, handle high volume and high stress, with multiple demands at one time. Prioritize and work without supervision. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, perform activities like mopping, sweeping, cleaning floors, kennels, walking animals, wrapping surgical packs, recovering pets on your knees, bending, and lifting. This position requires a professional appearance and working for and with others well. The person for this job will be able to work A VERY FAST PACE, THINK AHEAD AT WHAT IS NEEDED, and be willing to support all levels of staff from other kennel assistants to the doctors. If no experience in veterinary medicine, must be willing to study and learn the profession quickly. Hiring immediately.
