Schmidt Construction is now hiring for the following positions for our Menzer Quarry location:
1) Night maintenance mechanic, we are looking for mechanically inclined individuals to work in our crushing operation. Experience in this field is preferred, but not required. Applicants must be willing to work at night!
2) laborers, no experience necessary. applicants must be willing to work long hours in the heat/cold completing various tasks that include but are not limited to, shoveling material, using hand tools, picking wood out of material, and general cleaning of the quarry.
3) heavy equipment operator, we are looking for experienced heavy equipment operators for our rock quarry. We would like 5 years minimum experience operating heavy equipment. (wheel loader,excavator, motor grader,etc.)
