BBSI is currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience on 4-Axis CNC milling centers and CNC Lathes / VTL's, familiarity with G code and Fanuc controls. Applicants must possess the skills and experience necessary to set up machines, run and verify parts, document equipment changes, and manufacture a wide variety of metal and composite parts, in a precision manufacturing environment. Must be able to interpret blueprints and drawings, use measuring tools, calculate cutting speeds/feeds, and adjust cutting tools. Suited to individuals with solid machining and manufacturing knowledge and the ability to change direction and jobs quickly. Experience with 4-axis horizontal milling, Haas or Kitamurra experience helpful but not required. A high school or trade school education is required with 5-7 years minimum hands-on CNC machining experience. Strong math skills are important. Excellent communication, teamwork, strong work ethic and desire to succeed, as well as good interpersonal skills are also required.
