Home-based gourmet cookie business is looking to hire immediately a part-time self-starter, proactive problem solver to provide administrative/marketing support. Should be committed to providing superior service, poised under fast-paced pressure and have a relentlessly positive, flexible, 'whatever it takes' attitude.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains Quickbooks
Tracks and updates social media regularly
Copy-writing and marketing collaboration
Customer service contact via social media, phone and email
SKILLS
Proficient in QuickBooks
INTERMEDIATE knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Understanding of MS Word and Outlook
Knowledge of social media marketing
Possess strong writing, communication, and organizational skills; a sharp eye for accuracy, syntax, grammar, and aesthetics.
Internet research abilities
PERSONAL QUALIFICATION
2-4 years administrative role
Ability to maintain confidentially in employee and financial matters
Good creative intuition
Ability to work independently and/or collaboratively under deadline pressure
Strong aptitude for learning new processes and refining existing ones
Advance time management skills and highly organized
Ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks with changing priorities
Assertive, articulate, decisive and trustworthy
