Parkey's Heating, Plumbing, and Air Conditioning is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative/Assistant Dispatcher for a very busy, fast paced office environment. CSR/Assistant Dispatcher will work very closely with the head dispatcher. Must be detail oriented and remain calm under pressure. Must be able to listen attentively and relay information to and from several technicians in the field. CSR/Assistant Dispatcher will answer multi-line telephone, schedule technicians, assist in processing invoices, and other office duties. Ideal candidate will have prior experience in office of HVAC/Plumbing industry. Candidate must have experience in Word and Excel, and must be able to type at least 45+ WPM. Candidate must be able to pass a drug screening and background check. Benefits available after 60 days of employment. Starting pay DOE.
