We are a specialty shop that focus on Latin American Art and Clothing.
We are looking to hire seasonal part time employees. Part-time positions may lead to full time.
Position Requirements:
Candidates must be able to work effective and efficiently with little to no guidance;
Candidates must be able to work both in a team environment and independently;
Candidates must be self-starters and quick learners;
Candidates must be professional, punctual, reliable, friendly and outgoing;
Candidates must be detail oriented with great cleaning and organization skills;
Candidates must be good with children;
Candidates must have a good, all-around attitude (customer service is everything in retail); and
Candidates must be willing to submit to a background check.
Required availability: Mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
-Must be available as early as 930am (open) and as late as 1030pm (close).
-Must be flexible, last minute changes can occur based on store needs.
Position Responsibilities:
Customer Service
Opening and Closing Duties
Cash Register
Merchandising (including stocking and product placement)
Light Cleaning and General Upkeep of Store Appearance
Preferred but not required:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Knowledge or familiarity with Latin American art (primarily Mexican art).
Positions start at $11.10/hr but can increase based on personal and store performances.
Seasonal positions end on 9/30/19. However, permanent positions may become available after this date, depending on store needs.
