Marketing Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

Markets restoration by developing and implementing marketing and advertising events; tracking current sales; maintaining promotional materials; planning meetings and trade shows; maintaining websites; answering phones; following up with customers with call backs.

Marketing Coordinator Job Duties:

Preparing marketing schedules with organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.

Posting daily on all media sites.

Keeps promotional materials ready

Supports sales staff by providing sales data (Current Jobs & completion), current market trends, and relaying customer services requests.

Supports sales staff with collecting detailed information concerning point of contacts.

Researches competition by identifying and evaluating online ratings and characteristics.

Plans meetings and trade

Accomplishes organization goals

Answer phones and follow up with customer callbacks.

Base pay structure with commissions, health care, retirement benefits. Compensation provided for use of personal vehicle for company business.

Job Type: Full-time
