We are looking to add both a Sales Leader and Sales Representatives to our growing team to service the Colorado Springs territory.

Our focus is the implementation and maintenance of benefit packages, retirements, insurances and supplemental vehicles geared toward large employers and government organizations. We have contracts with over 20,000 organizations worldwide providing us a 0 cold calling and 0 door to door environment.

Due to recent contracts, GL Inc. is expanding its local office. We are seeking motivated professionals that have a great attitude followed with a solid work ethic and great personal skills to join our team. The culture of our organization encourages a positive atmosphere with a constant focus on training.

Management Track:

Our management track is performance based and provides a six-figure income as well as residual packages with senior management contracts. We focus on team building and self-development.

Basic Qualifications:

- Positive attitude & professional demeanor within an office setting

- Great communication skills with co-workers and clients

- Basic computer skills

- Strong organizational & time management skills

- Goal oriented & hard working

- 2 year minimum in Sales or Sales Management (customer service experience a plus)

- High school diploma/GED (2-4 degree a major plus for management opportunities)

- Ability to pass a background check

- Reliable Transportation

Basic Duties

- Interactions with clients & customers by telephone and in person regarding client needs.

- Verifying records & customer information with clients

- Able to accept additional responsibility with a positive attitude

- Managing sales team of 10-15 depending on level of entry

- Conducting sales meetings and product classes

- Confirming meetings and customer follow ups
