I need a technician, a rather special one at that. In return, we are kind of a special shop. Everyone knows the questions and the correct answers for an interview. Techs have next to zero comebacks, totally focused on Customer satisfaction, and I could go on and on. On the flip side, every employer is the best in town. All have the happiest shop, the highest wages and benefits and the list goes on. Wait, that's not possible is it? By definition not everyone can be the best in all categories.
I need an "A" level tech with strong diagnostic skills. European experience is a strong plus. That's the foundation we have to build off of. What do you need in terms of shop operations, communication, creature comforts, money, etc to make this a home run for you? I believe life would be much better if we start with a solid foundation and build off of that. To the extent that we wish to, we are each customizing our offering without any hidden agenda's. We know where we're headed right off of the starting blocks, no surprises. Curious, interested? Please give me a call.
Thanks
