Looking for all phases of construction help for our building yard in south Colorado Springs. We are a manufactured home builder building custom smaller homes (200 to 1500 square feet) for the recreational market. This is start-to-finish construction so need a wide range of skilled people. How would you like to come to one place every day to build where everything is here to complete the job? We have a work order system for the things that need to be done. This is a 1099 offer. We have a work order system for most of the work being done.
We are currently focusing on getting units ready to move so need to install axels, tires, and hitches to prepare for towing.
