Accent Landscapes is an award winning landscape design/build firm. We are currently hiring a landscape foreman to lead in the installation of our projects. If you like to help create beautiful projects, we would like the opportunity to discuss employment with you. Pay varies according to experience.
A Landscape Construction Foreman is able to perform all tasks in a safe manner with minimal supervision, while meeting or exceeding company production standards and maintaining a high level of crew morale.
In order to apply you will need:
A valid Colorado driver's license and be insurable on our company's insurance policy.
Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility.
Physically able to handle the work load of an installation laborer and have full range of mobility in upper and lower body.
Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance.
Reliable transportation.
Verifiable employment experience and references.
Responsibilities:
Thoroughly understand and comply with company policy and safety manual
Report and documents any / all unsafe conditions or accidents
Properly and safely operate hand tools and equipment such as tractors, skid steers, trenchers, pullers, compactors, chop saws, rototillers, etc.
Able to perform basic level preventative maintenance on equipment above such as oil changes, check fluid levels, check tire pressure, etc.
Promote a safe work environment
Follow all instructions from supervisor
Meets or exceed company production standards for landscape and irrigation installation
Able to work with minimal supervision from Landscape Supervisor
Able to operate a transit and properly grade a site
Masonry skills are helpful
Able to install all aspects of an irrigation system, landscape job and hardscape with minimal supervision from Landscape Supervisor
Able to interact with clients in a professional and competent manner
Able to train crew as a team and maintain a high level of morale
Block retaining wall construction experience a plus
