What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician/Construction lead to join our team in the Colorado Springs area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Good working knowledge and have the ability to perform professional level maintenance services, such as plumbing, electrical, appliances, heating and air-conditioning, general construction.
- MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS and know how to use them.
- Must have ability to use simple tools, paint equipment including paint sprayer, ladders, solvents, cleaners, tape, coverings, as well as power tools, such as snakes, jack hammers, electrical test devices, grinders, drills, saws.
- Must have good communication skills both, verbal and written
- Hours are Monday - Friday and must be able to participate in an on-call emergency if needed.
- Must have a valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
