We are a nationally ranked Home Inspection Company that has been in business for nearly a decade in the residential and commercial inspection industry. Our company is currently looking to add a couple new inspectors to our local Colorado Springs team within the next week.
To become a successful home inspector with-in our organization you must have either a construction/trades background, real estate background or a solid understanding of general housing functions. With that, we can train the right candidate to become a successful Home Inspector with our company.
If hired you will be trained and nationally certified (if you're not already) and work with-in our organization as an independent contractor/ home inspector. Upon completion of training and certification you may start off part-time making a supplemental income and then transition to full-time once you're comfortable with your work load ect...
Part-time home inspectors are averaging 1-2 inspections a week at a pay rate of $400- $500 per inspection net. With the growing and healthy real estate market we are currently experiencing, a full-time home inspector can make an annual income of 65-85K on average with our company. Also, completing home inspections can lead to future remodels, home additions and/or modernization in your field of expertise.
Please note: If hired there will be $55.00 monthly organizational dues that will cover company benefits such as back office support, your home inspection certification, as well the ongoing training/support to guarantee your success with our company.
