Williams Body & Paint the parts manager is responsible for purchasing, ordering, storing, distributing, and documenting all parts and materials. A motivated and energetic parts and materials manager is crucial to the success of the company.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver complete, accurate, undamaged parts to our technicians.
Place all part and material orders with a company approved vendor
Promptly return parts for credit to the appropriate suppliers and document returns
Must have the ability to mirror match parts
Basic Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal skills. Good oral and written skills, detail oriented, and punctual. Must be highly organized and have exceptional communication skills. Also, maintaining profit margin when ordering parts. To keep Williams Body & Paint running at a full compacity, employee must have reliable attendance and the able to multi-task.
