WE are looking for Professional, Business Minded, "Right Attitude" - Independent Contractors to deliver large National Companies, products in the PAYTON & BLACK FOREST AREAS. It's just like FedEx/Ups type of work.
A CARGO VAN IS PROVIDED - YOU JUST PAY THE GAS - Our PAY RATE is based off you using our Van and Insurance
Time Frame: "Late Morning to early evening". THIS Will depend on when you start your route and how organized you are.
VAN IS PROVIDED - BUT IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN - IT WOULD PAY MORE.
"The Route": how it works is, you show up at the warehouse, where you will have an established Zip code. Which means, you will be in the same area everyday. So it becomes very easy to learn that Zip Code to be able to go fast and smooth with no frustrations. Also your not spending a lot on gas and time going from one Zip Code to another. At the warehouse, at your Zip Code spot, you will scan all your packages - get a manifest of those stops - "map" them out on your electronic mapping program - Put them in the order the way you want to go - and go DELIVER. It's that simple. When you get to a stop, you scan the package and leave it. This isn't "rocket science" It's the driver with a poor attitude & no organizing skills that always has trouble. Our drivers don't have that problem and that is why most of them have been with us for 5 to 10 years.

Qualifications Required to Contract with our Company:
Back Ground Check - Back 7 years
Clean MVR Record - Back 5 years
CUSTOMER SERVICE is a MUST - must be able to interact with our customers personally. So good appearance and communication skills are a priority with us.
Daily Time frame of Work: Anywhere from 8am to 9pm - Monday thru Friday. Times will differ from day to day. Some days are heavier than others .
Being "organized and knowing how to load your vehicle correctly (saving energy) is KEY. Having a good GPS and the "Right" hand cart (Dolly) is a MUST.
If you are new to this industry - "IT IS IMPORTATANT" that you give yourself a good 3 to 4 weeks doing this work. It's always frustrating in the beginning - and seems like you will never be good at it. However all of our Drivers have experienced this in the beginning. If you "put your time in and stay positive" you will get smooth and confident, and then the work isn't overwhelming to you.
We have been in business of 16 years now and have grown in size every year (including our Drivers).
The Most Important Lesson that we learned over these past 16 years is: SECURITY - If you desire a long-term Career with stability as well, then this industry is where you want to be.

Pay range is from$140 to $180.00 a day. It basically depends on the stop counts (vary each day).
Our van is for sale and you could buy it to become yours & we would at that time change the rate to give you a higher pay range.
