FedEx Ground/Home Delivery Drivers (Colorado Springs)
Part and Full Time Positions: We have expanded our business in Colorado Springs. Additional positions has been created especially for part time drivers (appropriately 2 to 3 days a week). We also have 2 full time positions available. We operation a four (4) days, ten (10) hours schedule for full time employees; some (5) days, eight (8) hour days; except Christmas Peak.
Delivery and Pickup Drivers needed for routes in Colorado Springs Area. Employment is an Independent Contractor who has contracts with FedEx Ground.
Requirements:
o At least 21 years old.
o Must have one (1) year commercial driving experience in the last three (3) years; or five (5) years within the last ten (10) years. CDL is not required. All Driving Experience will be validated. Commercial driving means that a candidate was paid to drive a vehicle, even if the vehicle was the candidate's personal vehicle.
o Must have clean driving records: No DUI, careless driving violations or suspended license. No more than three (3) moving violations or accidents in the last year.
o Must be able to pass criminal background check.
o Be able to pass DOT physical. DOT physical exam is paid by the employer; it includes a drug test.
o Must be able to pass DOT Drug Test. Marijuana users will not pass the drug test.
o Starting wages: Full time: $16.67, Part time: $15.17 a hour: after training and probation. Drivers with previous experience with FedEx or UPS will be considered in wage calculations.
o Four/Five days'work week: FedEx Ground Routes: Monday to Saturday schedules.
