WeatherSure Systems, Inc. is a Commercial Roofing, Waterproofing and Solar Company passionate about Energy Efficient Roofs and helping our Local Community by reducing Energy consumption, Installing Renewable Energy Systems, and reducing urban heat island effect. What We Need:
The ideal candidate that we are looking for has excellent customer service skills, is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a quick learner. Our Senior Accountant will perform standard bookkeeping tasks with an opportunity to support an extensive breadth of tasks across various lines of business. This position also requires a high-level of production under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Process payroll
Invoice customers
Produce financial statements
Monthly reconciliations
Tax preparation
Loan compliance
Internal and external audit support
Maintain AP, AR, payroll, and other relevant files
Update WIP report Weekly
Weekly Cash Flow ReportSe
Required:
Bachelors Degree in math, finance, accounting, or other technical area
Experience using Sage, or other accounting software
Microsoft Office Suite competency (particularly Excel & Word)
Excellent customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Reliable team player
Ability to self-manage
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Thirst for knowledge
Passion for construction
Passion for numbers
Desired
Experience with IT support (troubleshooting Windows, small networks, software, etc.)
Experience with Google Suite
Experience with Job Costing
Experience with project management tools
Understanding of WIP report
Compensation: $40-60k/year plus a competitive fringe benefits package including, but not limited to, healthcare and a Safe Harbor 401(k) plan.
