Paragon Partners is a LOCAL family owned Class C General Contractor who is not a storm chasing company and is looking for one or two residential sales/project managers.
Your role in this position would be to assist homeowners with inspections of their properties and filing their insurance claim. You must have at minimum three years of experience handling insurance claims and not be afraid to climb on roofs.
Your responsibilities will include and is not limited to the following:
Meet with property owners and complete a comprehensive assessment of the entire structure
Assist client with filing an insurance claim
Meet the adjuster(s)
Upload photos, log notes, and ALL client communications into Acculynx
MUST HAVES:
Integrity: This is a non-negotiable
Accountability: This too is a non-negotiable
Desire to truly help the customer (If you focus on the customer, the money will follow)
Insatiable appetite for success
Willingness to knock a six-pack. We provide leads and expect you to knock doors as well
A ladder
Truck/SUV to transport a ladder(s)
Smart phone
A positive, can-do attitude (no drama queens)
Last yearâs 1099 showing more than $80,000. (Weâre looking for reps that know their way around an insurance claim)

If you have the âitâ factor, weâll know it right away. Weâre not looking to train anyone, and we donât need to hype you up with how much income is possible. If youâve done this for at least three years, you should already know what is possible with hard work and perseverance. As a licensed GC we handle BOTH interior and exterior claims.
