Growing State Farm agent looking to hire a licensed (Life, Health, Property, and Casualty) out going person. This individual needs to have the mindset to grow with the company and one day have his or her own office. What I'm looking for is positive, energetic, knowledge of the insurance industry, and coachable. I'm looking to hire one more full time team member. The pay will be discussed during the interview process depending on experience, plus commission, and bonuses. The job consists of calling people, calling leads, making sales, reviewing insurance policies, and coordinating appointments, and have consistency with follow ups. The income potential in unlimited!
Must have own vehicle transportation, able to pass a background check (required), bilingual Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required.
For the right individual I'm willing to guide and mentor you to have your own business / office. There's also profit sharing, can discuss more.
