We are looking to add to our team of professionals in a few areas. We are looking for Customer Service professionals, Sales management, and Team builders to help us maintain the unprecented growth we have seen.
A few basic requirements:
Highschool -College education, Strong integrity, Time management, A good work ethic, Coachable, Basic Windows understanding, Outstanding verbal and written communicatoin skills, Access to Laptop, Collaborative mindset, Results and Goal driven personality.

A basic overview:
Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved
Responsible for compiling and generating reports
Scheduling meetings and appointments
Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable
Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas
Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making
Handle issues in the best interest of both customer and company
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience
Manage and grow a team of like minded individuals.
