Advice Relationship ManagerThe Advice Relationship Manager provides leadership and oversight in creating a strong relationship management model to effectively engage business stakeholders and execution partners in the overall Advice strategy and position. The role focuses on ensuring that the relationship management experience is consistent across business stakeholders as well as serve as the primary liaison to the Advisory and Oversight group supporting regulatory initiatives. Through the establishment of effective relationship management processes and protocols, this role will drive clear and consistent communications with Advisory and Oversight stakeholders to ensure alignment to strategic priorities and business outcomes.Key Responsibilities and DutiesBuild and maintain superior relationships with senior level business stakeholders and execution partners so that the Advice team can maximize the value of those relationships.

Lead and participate in regular meetings with senior level business stakeholders and execution partners to explain advice strategy and positioning to guide their choices.

Understand the problems and challenges of senior level business stakeholders and identify ways that Advice could better address those needs.

Monitor and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively influence the Advice roadmap.

Work with key senior level members to provide a direction to UX, CX, Marking and IT Development teams to ensure alignment to a consistent advice strategy.
