Position: Business Systems Analyst (Single Customer Incident) Location: Denver, CO (need onsite from day one) Duration: 6-12 Months Need Locals only Description:
Candidate must have experience in Production Incident Management in Provisioning & Activation areas of telecom domain.
This role is to manage Incidents coming from end customers analyze it find options to fix the issues, or assign it to right team to get it fixed.
Candidate must understand Tools and functional flow of Provisioning & Activation vertical in Telecom domain.
Experience like end-to-end testing or development from Provisioning & Activation domain knowledge is must.
Must understand Singe Customer Issues and ticket triaging is primary duty of this role.
