Job Description

We are looking for a

Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast paced, customer service-oriented marketing team! You will be based at our corporate headquarters located in the heart of the

Denver Tech Center in Denver, CO!

A bit more about what you’ll do…

• Working closely with Senior Director of Marketing and Digital Team to implement digital marketing campaigns tailored to multiple segmentations within each apartment community.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders, vendors,and cross-functional team members.
• Help develop, implement, track, and optimize custom digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
• Understand trends and use insight to optimize digital ads. Proactively stay on top of emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams. Ensure accurate content across all digital channels.
• Create reports and communicate findings. Ensure campaigns are on time and on budget.
  

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree with minimum of 1 year of experience in a digital marketing position.
• General understanding of various digital media platforms, ad serving tools, and best practices (i.e., Google, Adwords, Choozel, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Facebook Audience Network, Pinterest, and Snapchat). Multi-channel attribution and tracking pixel knowledge a plus.
• Confident communicatorwith the level of maturity and presence necessary to influence senior executives and business leaders.
• Thrives on driving innovation and change that will propel the business forward.
• Consistently practices strategic thinking and nimble problem-solving tactics to stay ahead of business priorities.
