Mandatory:
  • 8+ years direct experience with Enterprise class security consulting that includes broad security related product, services and security industry expertise
  • Strong with broad security topics: vulnerabilities, attach surface, edge and layered security, Hardening & Penetration Test, Security Automation & DevSecOps, Red/Blue/White Teams, forensics, incident response, best practices
  • Experience with Security related to Cloud environments: AWS, Azure and/or GCP cloud
  • Strong with infrastructure security, DevOps & CI/CD automation from a Security standpoint
  • Understands the top security products in the industry and their pros/cons
  • Understands governance & compliance (PCI, HIPAA, HITRUST, FedRAMP, etc)
  • Direct experience with internal/external consulting and driving solutions
  • Strong communication & leadership skills – able to lead consultative conversations, white boarding sessions, drive strategic awareness and solutions with customers
  • Very collaborative in nature, able to hold discussions with broad audiences from engineers to CISO. Recognized thought leader among consulting engineers

Preferred:
  • Understands the Avaya product suite, and security products and services
  • Participation in broader scope governance teams, Security Council, or Cybersecurity working groups
  • B.S. or M.S. degree
  • Certifications (e.g. AZ-900, AZ-500, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer / Architect, GIAC GWAPT, GCIH, GCSA, CISSP, CISA, CEH, OSCP, etc.)
  • U.S. Security clearance is desirable
