We are currently seeking a talented and motivatedMobile Device Technicianfor a full time position. Job Summary:The Desktop Support Technician will provide mobility and desktop support functions and activities in Denver, CO (NOC). Provide high quality customer care with every interaction by successfully applying effective customer service, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, accurate call-handling procedures, incident management, communication skills, and standard operating procedures.Essential Functions:Some of the primary responsibilities of this role would include:
Mobile device support
Manage and enroll mobile devices through MaaS360 including password resets and device unlocks
Provide mobility purchasing support by fulfilling orders for new cellular line additions, equipment upgrades or replacements and new device purchases
Changes to Verizon Wireless (or other carrier) contracts, such as changes to an individual line’s capabilities, device activation/deactivation, service changes
Maintain Verizon account information such as phone numbers, specific user information (name, location etc.) or fund codes
Work directly with Verizon Wireless to maintain the BLM Verizon account
Work with Verizon and Department of the Interior teams to get new and updated circuits and routers to BLM’s District and Field Offices
Account administration for Active Directory and Google Email
Proficient in desktop Tier 2 troubleshooting, installing software and hardware from network images, vendor sites, and DFS paths
Ability to support Windows operating systems (7, 8, and 10)
Experience supporting iOS and Android-based mobile devices
Experience troubleshooting network and printer issues
This IT Operations support role requires a service oriented mentality, high sense of ownership of the incidents, problems, and requests, focus on managing and resolving issues in alignment with the SLAs, establishing and maintaining communication with technology customers to keep them updated with status of their requests, and proactively escalating any issues that cannot be resolved within the established time-frames.Education:
IT-related college-level coursework
CompTIA A+ certified
Ability to obtain Government Security Clearance
HDI Certified (preferred)

Experience:Two (2)+ years’ experience in an enterprise call center - help desk - service desk – mobility or desktop support operations, configuring, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining MS Windows operating systems and mobile devices in a large network environment.Does this opportunity sound like a fit for you?
