Intent:
The Product Owner is responsible for communicating with both internal and external stakeholders to make sure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives. Daily tasks will encompass gathering requirements to share with the development team, configuring and troubleshooting eCommerce systems as well as maintenance of existing tools.

The focus of this job centers around producing timely results that are high quality and accurate. The job requires an ability to deal with abstract concepts, systems and ideas and all of that in an organized and self-disciplined way. Getting the job done and getting it done right are the two, equal, drivers for this job, and that may create conflict.
Description & Influence:

• Formulate product vision and future direction by working with the leadership team and all the relevant stakeholders.
• Identifying Mindful Health products needs to determine which features to implement on products.
• Collaborating with Business Analysis and end users (management, marketing & sales) to develop accurate business/development requirements
• Able to work together with Project Manager and leadership team to create a product road map based on the vision/scope of future product business/development trajectory.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms/tools (Shopify, CMS systems, Clickbank, Maropost, Google Marketing Platform, Google analytics, GitHub, etc.)
• Gather internal customer requirements and use them to create in-depth marketing and functional requirements documents for prioritization and implementation with external agencies.
• eCommerce Admin Experience (Shopify admins experience preferred)
• Managing the Data Service and Shopify backlogs and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
• Oversee and approve all stages of product/process creation including design and development
• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
• Collaborate with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
• Participating in all meetings and daily communication

Background & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/related major or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years as a product owner. 5+ preferred. Startup experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of web analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics)
• Experience working with 3rd party services and APIs, specifically apps/plugins for Shopify.
• Experience with Business Intelligence Platforms such as DOMO, Wicked Reports, Qlikview, etc. is also a plus.

• Good understanding of ecommerce technologies and best practices
  • Shopify/Clickbank experience a plus (Development, Implementation, Change Control, Support)
